The Challenge:
AT&T’s line-up of mobile tools and services for business is robust enough to be overwhelming, especially when you’re not an IT expert. Add to that the fact that different types of businesses have vastly different needs. The B2B mobility team wanted to help their customers—whether SMB or Enterprise, in Education, Government or Healthcare—understand just how much these solutions could benefit them.
The Strategic Solution:
We created a “magalog” unique to each customer segment that brought together ideal suites of solutions for each type of business and highlighted not just the features but the relevant top-line benefits using everyday language. To make it efficient, we created layout templates with consistent navigation devices and sections to break up the content, including real customer testimonials. These templates worked in tandem with a library of product imagery and copy that the production team could use to populate the templates with content. This freed up the creative team to focus their efforts where they could be most impactful.
